Full Day hands on workshop, learning how to perform the most useful POCUS-guided MSK applications:

Joint Effusions

• Diagnosis of hip, knee, ankle, wrist and elbow effusions

• Ultrasound guidance of joint aspiration

2. Shoulder:

• Assessment of Rotator Cuff injuries

• Assessment of Shoulder dislocation and confirmation of reduction

• Ultrasound guided shoulder injections​

3. Tendon Rupture

• Diagnosis of Achilles tendon rupture

​

4. Abscess confirmation

• Characterization and aspiration of abscess

​​

5. Ultrasound-guided fracture reduction

• ultrasound-guided distal radius fracture reduction

You will have the opportunity to:

• Understand the indications for each application

• Visualize the anatomy on live models

• Practice aspirations and injections on phantom simulators.
